These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Women in Urbanism Canada (WiUC) website (www.womeninurbanism.ca), membership services, newsletters, events, and related programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts created for membership or event registration must include accurate information, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Payments for memberships, events, or donations are processed securely through a third-party provider: Stripe. WiUC does not store payment card details. Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are final.

By subscribing to our newsletter or membership programs, you consent to receive communications from WIUC. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined there.
