About the Book
Women Changing Cities amplifies the voices of 19 women who have reshaped 10 cities around the world - from Barcelona to Bogota, Kampala to Montreal, and beyond. Their leadership has transformed transportation, housing, public space and climate resilience, showing what’s possible when women are given the chance to lead. 

About the Author
Melissa Bruntlett is a Dutch-Canadian urban mobility advocate, author, and founder of Modacity Creative, based in Delft, the Netherlands. She works with advocates, practitioners, and city leaders to advance more equitable and sustainable mobility through storytelling and engagement. Melissa brings both lived experience and professional expertise in exploring who cities are built for, and who they leave behind.
